Sail Date: Dec 2016
Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

This was my 84th cruise. I was sailing with my 85 year old mom and nephew, wife and 5 year old child.

My time dining was horrible. The first night it took 30 minutes to get a menu and were told that there was no child's menu which turned out to be untrue. The food was consistently cold. On the third night and after asking several times each evening my mother finally received her tea and that too was cold. We gave up and on the fourth night we went to Windjammer which was serving an equally unappetising selection. The service improved somewhat on the subsequent two evenings but that's only because we calmly discussed the issues with management.

The crew were incredibly hard working and friendly but were drowning in a sea of either poor process or impossible crew to pax ratio.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D3

Bed was next to the bathroom. My mother had a GoGo Elite traveller Plus scooter which fit into the cabin but barely. I would not recommend this cabin if you have a scooter.
