Just got back from 9/27/16 Western Carib sailing on Allure of the Seas. Myself, wife and 2 daughters in a 2BR Aqua Suite. This was without a doubt the best cruise we've ever had. The Star Class experience is the best idea RCL has had in years. Marla Rivera (our royal genie) was fantastic. She arranged all our specialty restaurant, show and excursion details personally and provided us with a daily schedule.

The suite went above and beyond our desires. Marla had been in touch with us a couple weeks prior to leaving via email. She asked all the right questions because once we were aboard, she knew what our wants for this cruise were. Basically, we have been married for 26 years (even had a vow renewal on the Oasis last year handled entirely by Carol-Lyn....another jewel in RCL's crown. It was a surprise for my wife and Carol went above and beyond)...ok, back to this cruise....My wife and I have adult children from previous marriages. They have never really gotten the opportunity to get to know each other. We wanted to go on this exceptional cruise to try and help our daughters get to know each other. They are both in their 40's. We never had to remind Marla of anything we discussed via emails. We had wonderful surprise birthdays and our anniversary celebration. I could just go on and on about how we were cared for by so many of your wonderful crew.... As wonderful as almost everything was with the room, the one problem we had was that the volume of movies, water fountain shows and anything else that went over 11 or midnight. We would be in the living room and had to blast our tv to try to drown out the volume outside. BUT...I'm just trying to be thorough....the good with the bad. Compared to our outstanding experience, the volume was a miniscule problem. This was definately a cruise of a lifetime....

I'll stop raving about her and give some details regarding the cruise and ship.
