Birthday cruise on line that we frequent. The My Time dining was a joke. Lousy service, bickering waitstaff, mediocre food, mixed up orders. No recourse because gratuities are required for My time. This was the first cruise that the women at our table was not asked for their order before the men. The severs also just served the table however they wanted. No craps table in casino! Diamond Plus lounge couldn't get our drink orders correct! Embarkation and debarkation went smoothly. Entertainment kept getting changed or cancelled. Ports were ok, didn't use the ship for excursions, used an outside vendor. Izumi was not worth the money. Chops was very good. Cabin steward was acceptable despite being an obvious newbie. JJ, in the Diamond lounge was fantastic and we finally got great waitstaff on our final night in My Time. Activities were average.

We have been on over 40 cruises with most being on Royal and this had to be one of the 3 worst. Time to try another cruise line.
