Sail Date: Nov 2016
Cabin: Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

This was our 50th cruise with Royal and by far the worst.

Boarding was a nightmare. I understand that there was no terminal, just a tent. That was out of Royal's control. But there were no Royal representatives to help on the dock. No one to tell us where to drop off luggage, or assist with the 1/4 mile long line. No one to assist with handicapped till 3 pm. Got to dock at 1 pm didn't board till 4:15 pm. Major fail on Royal's part.

After boarding the supervisory staff did nothing but lie, every time a problem arose. They told us that they could not put personnel on the dock because the ship recently came from Europe. A direct lie because ALL crew have to have Z cards that allow them to get off the ship without visas.
