Sail Date: Nov 2016

When we were getting off the Ship the Police were telling the Passengers to take off there, Jewellery and put it in there bags. This was the port Dominican Republic. And sadly a Couple got mugged by Gun-point, and the passengers on the ship were all quiet upset about what had happened. But we could not fault the Ship every thing was Excellent the food the service everything. The Cabin was lovely, but sadly as time went on we did have a few hiccup's with our cabin, we did get a lot of water coming from the ceiling- then water coming down the wall- and by the Electrics. We did report this to the Reception every time this happened, and they did try and do there best to stop the water coming back, but sadly every time we went back to our cabin the floor & the Ceil ling & wall's there was water coming from those arrears again. And it got to a stage were we did not like going back to our cabin. But Every thing else was wonderful could not fault anything on the Dream. The Bar-Staff & The Chef's The Cleaners who keep our Cabin clean were lovely. The Show's were great every night. But the Rest of the call of ports were wonderful. This Cruise was for 16Nights.. And on the Flight Home there was a bit of a let down the Staff, they did not Cater for enough headset's for all the passengers on this flight home as it was an 9Hour Flight back, so it was impossible to watch any of the Films that was Showing. The Airplane was the new Thomson Dream.

Cabin Review

Cabin OUTSIDE Cabin

Cabin was always Clean and tide.

Sadly let down by water inside our Cabin. Down the Wall's -- Ceil ling- wet Carpet and running down by the Electrics-[TV-- Plugs-- inside lighting on the walls. Was advised not to use any of the plugs or Lights inside the Cabin as it could be dangerous. So the only lighting we had was inside the Bathroom. Felt let down regarding this Matter.
