Embarkation was smooth, as was debarkation. Why do I board with two bags and leave with five? LOL

The suite perks and accommodations were as promised. The Coastal Kitchen was wonderful, especially for breakfast, but not a quick dining experience. It is relaxed and comfortable. Best Eggs Benedict I've had in years. The Suite Lounge was spacious and comfortable, and offered wonderful views. We spent time there waiting for our cabin to be ready, and the Concierge graciously kept our carry on bags for us so we could explore without carrying all of our baggage around. They always had a Continental Breakfast and snacks available throughout the day. To make reservations, just go visit the restaurant.

The Concierges, Claudine and Federico, were absolutely wonderful. I looked for excuses to go see Claudine just to chat with her as she was so pleasant and very helpful. The TA from RCCL that helped me with certain aspects of my reservation was supposed to have certain items and celebrations in my cabin, and when she dropped the ball, Claudine and Federico picked it up and made things right. I would book a suite by myself just to be able to deal with the Concierge of the Oasis. I still think I did not tip them enough.

Cabin Review

Aquatheater Suite with Balcony - Deck 10

Cabin A3

The cabin is spacious and comfortable for sleeping two, not three. The only bathroom is in the bedroom, and it is huge and awesome. Anyone staying in the sitting area must intrude on the ones staying in the bedroom, but we were traveling as family, so not a big deal.

Although this suite states sleeping provisions for three, it clearly should be for two. The sofa bed was so incredibly uncomfortable that I ended up having the concierge order me a roll-away bed with an egg crate mattress topper, which ended up being pretty comfortable. That was on day three. It was only right that my parents got the bedroom. That is a very comfortable pillow top mattress.

The balcony is fantastic as it wraps around approximately 3/4 of the room. You have a view of a portion of the Boardwalk, all of the Aqua Theater, the magnificent wake trailing behind Oasis, and a rather private area gazing out to sea. There are two doors to the balcony, one from the sitting area and one from the bedroom.

The noise from the Aqua Theater is pretty loud during events and contests, so napping during the day while the belly flop contest is in full swing may not be a viable option. lol. It did not bother me, and the noise was never late evening or nighttime.

There is a coffee maker in the room, but you need to unplug the TV to plug it in. There are ample plugs throughout the suite, though.

There is a full length mirror to the left when you enter the cabin, and there is a wonderful lighted mirror over the vanity in the bedroom for applying makeup, fixing your hair, etc.

There are two full closets, one in the entry way and one in the bedroom. There are also full drawers and a cabinet in the sitting area for clothes, although only a small drawer of two in the bedroom.

The cabin steward was Fernando, and he was fantastic.

Walked around and checked out shops and added to the local economy.
