Had never been to the Southern Caribbean before and it was a new ship. One destination was cancelled and changed to another port ( which was ok) but they arrived there on a Sunday and everything was closed! Total waste of time! This port change happened with PLENTY of time before sailing to correct the arrival day. Dining room and Windjammer had inadequate seating, specialty coffee bar was confusing and not all staff members were trained properly. Theater band and singers decimal levels were probably at damage levels, take ear plugs! Drink prices have skyrocketed. We enjoy the Oasis class better and will not sail on The Anthem again. Would have liked more areas such as Broadway, Central Park etc. Jamie Oliver restaurant was excellent, would definitely repeat. The new phone text system to stay connected on board is great and reasonably priced... but still has a few bugs to work through.
