I have cruised over six times with this company. I am writing in regards to tremendous concerns that I have during my recent trip on the Breakaway. This was my third time on this ship and by far, I was appalled by the conditions and level of services that I experienced.

The problem begin during the embarkation experience. It appeared that the agents who were directing traffic and telling you what line to join were not knowledgeable. This delayed the process causing me and many others to have to wait on the line for over 40 minutes.

Once I boarded the ship, all appeared to be well until I arrived in my state room. Unpacking my bags, I noticed that one of my bags was missing. I immediately called the front desk. I was told that I would need to go to guest services to look through the unclaimed luggage. Well, I did just that. I went to the front desk and was comforted by the following, the attendant had no idea what I was talking about. He went to a back room and retrieved my bag. He was very condescending and stated" it is not our fault, we contract the luggage company and we are not responsible for there mistakes." I was truly shocked by this response. No empathy, no apologies, no humanness. Unacceptable.
