We had great service on this cruise. I have a severe nut allergy and Norwegian really took care of accommodating me on this trip. The dining staff was fantastic, helpful and on top of everything. We had a couple of long meals due to issues with my special order and we only mentioned the issue once and it was rectified the rest of the cruise (no meal should take more than 2 1/2 hours). We received chocolate covered strawberries and champagne in our cabin for the inconvenience. We took our kids (4 yr old boy, 9 yr old girl) and both sets of grandparents on this cruise. All 8 of us ended the cruise happy and rested. The kids LOVED Splash Academy. They were in the children's program every night while the adults sat down for a nice dinner. We previously sailed on the Jewel but the Dawn blew it away in terms of service. Our stewardess knew the whole family by name and greeted my kids every day and left them with towel animal set up in scenes with their toys. The kids loved the attention and were sad to say good bye. What a great vacation!
