I've sailed 2 other times on Royal Caribbean and each time has been great but this last cruise aboard Oasis of the Seas was definitely a different type of cruise. The ship is so large but doesn't seem so much because there are activities and places to eat all over the ship. The different unique areas such as the Boardwalk and Central Park made the cruise unique in that I have never had these experiences on any other ship. Sitting in a park in the middle of the ocean, wow! If shopping is your thing then you won't be disappointed by the Royal Promenade which is like a floating shopping mall. The service was always great and up to Royal Caribbean standards. The room was comfortable and always kept clean and neat by the steward. The ports of call (Nassau, St. Thomas, and St. Martin) were all good ports to visit but I've found that all Caribbean islands seem to resemble one another with the exception of the Southern Caribbean islands. In all the ship and cruise was great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 thumb ups is the food. It seemed to be not up to the high standards I've experienced in the past on Royal Caribbean.

The room was comfortable and always kept clean and neat by the steward.

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Embarkation and disembarkation here only. Went very smooth.

Nassau

Cleaner than the last visit but still needs work to make it a better place for families to visit.
