The ship is beautiful!

Cabin Review
Mini Suite with Balcony
Cabin is nice. Service does not exist. Some days the cabin does not get serviced at all.
Room service always misses half our order. The food in the dining room is too awful to eat.
Sometimes we get new towels, sometimes we don't. Sometimes the mini bar is refilled, sometimes not.
You just never know how little can be done for you.
Each day the food gets worse.
Want a burger? They serve one for free at lunch that is all bread filled. It does not even taste like a burger. Want a real burger ? They will sell it to you for 12.5 euros. They really n pictures of this burger all day on the. If screen.
Want pizza? All cruises have pizza... right? Not Costa. They serve flat bread ficcia bread for lunch. Want real pizza? It is for sale for 6.5 euros per person plus service fee of 15%. Want ice cream? On Costa you pay.
It would not matter, but the food is created by the same people that add filler and junk to dog food. It is simply not edible. Even the staff snickers when a guest makes a comment about the nauseating ( yes that is the correct word) food.
Stay away from Costa Cruises. It is a very bad product. It even makes Carnival ( their parent company) appear to be a five star offering. Just the worst!!!!!
