I chose this cruise for the destination: Cozumel, as well as the price.

Embarkation was smooth, disembarkation was not smooth. I monitored my account via Carnival Hub. The night before disembark, I had money, and was expecting return to be mailed to me. When attempting to leave ship, I was re-routed saying I owed balance.

After reviewing detailed summary, I found several discrepancies on bill.

Cabin Review

Grand Suite

Cabin GS

The cabin was a nice size, but when attempting to locate a plug for cell phone charging, I found the lamp cord was caked with dust. The carpet needed to cleaning. The bathroom was a nice enough size, and we never ran out of hot water. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels were yellowed from bleach, the robe was hard to touch. The closet was a nice size for 2. The balcony was a nice size, but could have used some paint. Overall, the room physically was ok. The staff was great. I have no complaints with them, at all.

Website as well as Carnival Hub state there is 24 hour room service: NOT TRUE. Room service only available for continental breakfast, and it must be ordered by card placed outside door by 5 am.
