We wanted an R&R trip and we prefer "sea days." This trip met our goal, and Riviera was loaded with extras -- attention to small details. We've now gone on one Oceania "small ship" and one "big ship" and we're definitely like the Oceania staff's service and attitude -- polite friendly and proud of doing their jobs well. Most of our fellow passengers had traveled on Oceania before also -- the large number of "repeaters" testifies to the quality of the Oceania shipboard experience.

We only went to a couple of the evening entertainments so can't express much of an opinion on them, although the one "whole cast" show we attended was very well done. And we didn't attend any of the Enrichment Talks -- this was an R&R trip and all we wanted to do was read, enjoy the sea air, look at the ocean and sleep! And we mostly did just that.

All in all, a very satisfactory trip.

The walk-in closet was absolutely the ultimate detail!
