First time sailing with P&O, but it will not be the last. We had to be on board at 2.30pm but we arrive at the dock at 1pm thought that we would have a long wait to get on board but we were told to join the line of people follow them to the main hall fill in the medial cards, when our number was called to go to the counter get our information put on record was given our cabin and accounts card and pass throw security and on to the ship all in 15 to 20 mins {not bad time in all}.
The staff on board were most helpful as my husband suffers from IBF [Lactose intolerance to daily milk cheese & butter] the restaurants bent over backwards to have meals that he could eat.
Room service most helpful in having Lactose free milk so we could enjoy the tea & coffee in our cabin.
Nice size cabin, twin beds with balcony and shower
