Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

. I had booked a stateroom with outside balcony, which I

Would have enjoyed much more if it had been clean, had hot water in the shower,

No stains on the sofa and had the promised amenities. Which was poor enough from the beginning. A shampoo from a dispenser,a piece of soap and a bathrobe. After 2 days it did not seem to come So I phoned and asked, the answer was "if we have you will get, but only when your room lady starts to work again in about 2 h." They also came and repaired the shower.

The worst was the last morning, I was waken up about 4.45am of water pouring out inside the stateroom. I went to the bathroom and it was a broken pipe who went to the toilet. I phoned maintenance and she would send someone. Meanwhile the bathroom got full of water very quickly and I phoned again. The answer was "it is only 7 minutes since you phoned and we have only one man on duty". This is a ship that had 6237 passengers

And one man on duty. The one man came after 15 min.He repaired the pipe and changed what was weet.

I do not understand why this cabins can not be checked properly before the passengers arrive!!
