i had a credit to spend.. I did not like it.. Harvest Caye is also a don't do.. Just an NCL attempt at pocketing more money.. Thank God only there for only 4 hours... Overpriced stores and eateries, a beach and a swimming pool.. Not much to offer after 3 other ports with all kinds of activity's and unique bargain shopping.. I didn't spend a dime there... If you are ever at this port don't bother to get off the ship.. Better yet book another cruise line that will take you to a real port. Belize or Grand Cayman is just as easy for the ship to get to.

Cabin was a mini suite and just so so.. Was no bigger than a balcony on other ships. Bath tub was like being in a tin can.. Used the shower..Shore excursion to Eco park in Playa del Carmen was a big disappointment and not what was advertised at all.. but they would only refund 25%.. Shore excursion desk was constantly closed and staff not helpful at all. Not much info... The only good thing was a snorkel trip to Underwater Museum in Roatan.. it was great but not advertised well.by the ship. Only 8 of us on the snorkel, which made it great for us.. built around a 500 year old ship wreak and the reef is a few yards away... Most beautiful part of the reef i have ever seen.. and i have been to several.. Too many variety's and colors of fish and corals to count..

Shows were so so. went to 2.

Harvest Caye

Don/t even bother to get off the ship for this.. I did not spend a dime there.. oVer priced eateries, a few overpriced shops with nothing worth buying and a pool you can find at any hotel. Just a money maker for the cruise line.. Take another cruise that will take you to a real port.
