Me and my husband are very disappointed in this cruise from the very beginning of our cruise upon the Carnival Pride embarkation and disembarkation. First of all, it was very unorganized and took hours just to get on and off the ship. As far as our cabin room....the air conditioner and fridge and light in the bathroom didn't work, had to have things fixed upon getting into room. The ship was dirty and nasty, the food on Lido deck as well as the dining restaurant was horrible.....tasted like cafeteria food from a hospital. Serving the same food everyday. I have never had such terrible coffee and tea. I love coffee and went all week without drinking it. The room service food as far as breakfast was nasty. The first morning, I put in for breakfast room service and never received it. Standing in long lines and overcrowded dining area, hard to find a place to set to eat dinner. Ended up taking our dinner to cabin to eat. Not much entertainment for adults. The price that we paid to get on this ship.....we were robbed because it is definitely NOT worth it. The ports we stopped at was Free Port, and Nassau Bahamas, was terrible. I would NOT recommend this ship to anyone. Oh Yeah and the smell of sewage in our room was not a very good thing to smell throughout the entire trip and cigarette smell throughout the ship.
The bed was hard and the TV was outdated. Smelled of Sewage. Fridge, bathroom light and Air conditioner did not work. Paying the amount we did, an updated room would have been nice, instead felt like a room from the 50's.
Very unorganized and took hours to embark the ship.
The cost of a taxi to get you where you want to go is overpriced. If you want to go anywhere, you have to pay the price. The options they give you where to go are not much.
The beaches there are dirty and nasty, if you want a quite getaway...not the place to go.
