Absolutely LOVED this cruise... It could not have gone better! From the moment we got on to the ship (at 11am!) to the smooth debarkation I found this to be one of my best cruises. I can't say more about the staff on the Reflection who made us feel as if we were the most important people around. We were on the Concierge Level and our cabin steward, Milford, along with Gennifer and Marion could not have been more attentive. The food was wonderful (especially liked QSine and Sushi on Five) and the silent disco was a BLAST! Maarten and Charlotte were the Cruise Directors and they were so much fun! Even our Captain could be seen, along with many of the other officers, consistently around the ship greeting guest and thanking them. I could have skipped the port in San Juan since we were only there from 4pm to 9:30 and it was Monday night... not much to do. We did not book our excursions through the cruise ship. We used TripAdvisor and Cruise Critic for reviews and booked on our own.

In St. Martin we took a speed boat that was booked through Billy Bones Boat Charters. It was a great day and a great way to see so much. I am guessing that Billy Bones sold off our reservation to another tour company, as did some others, since multiple people on this tour booked through multiple tour companies. We got what we wanted on the tour but different groups had different start times.

In St. Kitts we took the BEST excursion with My Island Tours by Javin. There is no better way to see this port although you need to be in shape to hike and swim.

San Juan

a Monday night in San Juan was not the best. I have been here before and enjoyed Old San Juan but the forts were closing by the time we got to the first one and the restaurants and bars were slow.
