First off let me say that I ready for a vacation . I just knew the Sensation was my ticket to a  well deserved break.NOT!I dont know if these people are just use to seeing so many people that they loose their sense of mannerism or what.Embarkation was pretty smooth but once on the boat the staff (cabin stewart) was unfriendly and everything was a hustle .I dont think they have enough time in between the cruises to regroup or something which I guess could be a little stressful.Anywho the first night at dinner the waiters were uptight too.I find myself to be a bright light in a dark situation whereever  I go and they would not budge.Tried to strike up conversations with one bout being married and children and found that for  most of them that was a sore subject I thought he was going to cry literally. The things we take for granted  every day (seeing  our family )Well .....my nephew wasnt feeling well the first night which made my bro  late for dinner maybe 15min.I understand timing but give me a break the hostess told him she could not serve him and his 2children but after seeing us offering them our  food she offered to bring the children hamburgers and fries which they could have gotten on the lido deck.If they only knew what my brother has gone through and how much he sacrificed to be able to go.cabins:bed was made sloppy and you cou;d tell it was done in a hurry.NO towel animal until the last night wonder why .Lido deck- very nice very slick when wet though pizza was not good at all .Casino-not vegas style  very small and staff very rude especially the cashier in the window who doesnt want to touch your hand or make eye contact.Sports deck -disappointed no basketball goal for my teen boyz they were bored during the day but partied all night in the club.Front desk - will listen to your complaints but have no interest in them at all I watched this lady complain about her children not being able to go on the water slide due their height and the lady just stood their unresponsive and nonshalant.I read several reviews before going and the person who said that front desk was not customer service oriented was right!Breakfast in the main dining rm(dembarkation day) -Are you kidding me! my mom, cousin and I were already seated and we told the hostess that there would be more to come when my bro gets there they told him and his kids to go on back.I  dont know what they have to put in the system but evidently they abide strictly by that.They refused to serve the m because of the mix up with the number of people in our party stating that it would have us dining too long .I  was pissed off i felt like they were just being nasty they get your tip ahead of time and treat you like dirt.The maitre d dont show up till the last for a envelope at the front door .aCTIVITIES -If you want to see everything you need a early dinner we had to choose between the comedy show and karaoke bingo or love and marriage show .Ridiculous!!!The kids loved it but as far adults we were not happy and will be cruising with Royal c from now on!!!!!
