First time on Princess, not overly impressed. Meals in Santa Fe dining room were average at best. Staff extremely welcoming and great service. Entertainment was average. A lot of activities were carried out in the Atrium which was always over crowded and stairways were blocked.

Diamond Princess is a little dated, but staff are exceptional. Doing a Grand Asia cruise we were expecting great Asian cuisine, but were disappointed.

Worst experience was at the "onboard sale" of merchandise etc. - sale was advertised as " up to 70% off" - sales assistant was cutting off $10.00 price tag in front of me and when asked th price was told $15.00. When this was questioned I was told they sell the item for $10.00 in the Caribbean but $15.00in Asia. I felt this was unethical, especially to do it in front of me!! Obviously little regard is shown for passengers.
