We have just disembarked from the Eclipse after trans Atlantic and Caribbean Cruise.

We had the best experience in Blu from our last 7 cruises in Blu, Fatih MaitreD had the Blu Restaurant running very well, staff every courteous and anticipated our needs. Our Cabin steward was also very good. On the TA crossing we did not use the balcony due to the rough and cold weather but loved it when the weather improved. The ports on the Trans Atlantic - Boston, New York overnight, Bermuda and Nassau were all very different and in spite of the cold weather, but it is the start of winter, we had an excellent cruise. Halloween the ship was well decorated complete with activities The lecturers on the Trans Atlantic crossing and Sue the Cruise Director were excellent.

On Thanks Giving Day they set the Celebrity Central up so those interested could watch the football matches on the big screen complete with sliders and hot dogs. Few decorations for Thanks Giving, and no Turkey for Dinner. The Thanks Giving meal was at lunch time.

Cabin Review

AquaClass 1

Cabin A1

Cabin is good, lack of storage is the main fault. They need drawers in bedside tables and better use of space in bathroom, drawers way too small for anything. Balcony slightly bigger than others in same grade. Overhang on deck 11 means not a lot of sun on the balcony, wanted in cooler areas.

Port Reviews

Aruba

We hired a car and drove around the island, excellent
