Nasty staff, embarkation took forever, unorganized - BAD FOOD

My husband and I have been looking forward to this cruise for months. It was a huge disappointment. The staff was RUDE, the food was worse (except for Le Bistro), the onshore excursions (tenders) completely unorganized and took hours! I would have rated this a little better than one circle; however, I just found out that the thumb drive that I paid $20 for to be loaded with our pictures is EMPTY! That was the last straw!
This is really too bad....the entertainment was excellent and I can's say enough nice things about the bartenders Sherwin, Nur, Ahlan...at Atrium Cafe Bar!
Le Bistro was delicous and the service was excellent - totally different from the other restaurants!

Love Georgetown! Always fun! First thing we did was go to Hard Rock Café so we could get something decent to eat!
