RC ships always had something innovative. This ship's especially amazing. The 270 lounge (robot monitors/floor to ceiling window screens) was my absolutely favorite. The most advanced theater on land and sea. The shows at 270 amazing. Other shows not bad. Sporting activities avail are ideal for tween to young adults, and perhaps for some active adults. However you have to make reservations for everything. You can only make reservation for the iFly and Northstar once. And on the day of my Northstar appointment it was too windy and it did not open. And it wasn't possible to be rescheduled : (. And as for activities that did not need advanced scheduling (bumber cars, wall climb, roller skating, etc, even ping pong tables) there was always a long line (sometime 30+ minutes). Best gym at sea.

No complaints about the food. Fresh diverse buffet. Restaurants are gorgeous with a great menu selection. The beef and salmon dishes are very consistent in quality and are excellent. Desserts are amazing. My server and assistant server was attentive, quick and friendly. The cabin attendant did a great job cleaning and was always smiling. However, the staff around the ship was not friendly like the few other cruise ships I've been on. Most of them will look at the ground or away when passing by. They looks unhappy and unfriendly. The cruise director was lame not funny and wasn't good at creating energy from the crowd. The customer service line usually long but even when short it moves verrrry slow.

TIPS:

Cabin Review

Large Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin G

Balcony with obstructed view (blocked by life boats). Paying a bit more on a floor higher would've been ideal. Otherwise love being on this deck and midship. The layout of the cabin is best I've been in - roomy and well designed. Absolutely love the super comfortable king size beds!
