The shirts we were given to wear for the Cruise.
Our bags that went on the Valor for 5 days instead of our cruise on Carniva
The comb/brush we were to use for 5 days. Just NUTS!

Thank you to Cruise Critic for responding me to since Carnival has NO intention of addressing our serious issues we obtain on our First and ONLY Cruise we will EVER take.

I am going to copy and past what I posted to Carnival's facebook page. I have also notified our travel agent who is helping to assist us.

Of greatest concern was we were told we could NOT invoke the 24 hour guarantee or your cruise is free. The staff at the Customer Service center said they could NOT get us off the ship due to logistics. That is scary. NO baggage! No amenities for guests other than an out dated bag of generic shampoo, lotion, toothbrush (no toothpaste) a flip comb/like brush, a razor and 3 Q-tips. They gave us Carnival shirts to sleep in that were too small. Then lied to us about the shirt sizes and miraculously found 2 XL shirts within minuets when we told them we could not fit in the Large shirts. NO Under garments. No socks. It was me (age 50), my husband (55) and my 11 year old son traveling. We are in excellent shape but I can't imagine someone with a disability or some sort of impairment experiencing what we did. Just unacceptable on so many levels. YES! WE did have passports so I am not sure why we could NOT be taken off the ship.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Dirty and not clean. Mold in shower. Comforters were dirty. One day our room was not cleaned. They decided one day in port to clean the balconies but I could not tell a difference upon return to the cabin.
