Sail Date: Nov 2016
Cabin: Cove Balcony

We choose this cruise because it was on the new Vista, because it was a Journeys cruise of 11 days, and because we would be sailing out of the beautiful NY harbor at night.

Our only 2 disappointments were: many fewer (6) hot tubs on this ship, although there were 2 thousand extra people, and they don't have the YTD down yet and we had very slow dinners each night.

This being said, this was still one of: our favorite ships and cruises. The ship is gorgeous, especially as it was in full Christmas décor. Our cove balcony was spacious, and we managed although there is a full closet less than the Dream class ships. The A/C controls work well, the large flat screen TVs are beautiful and have many free movies on demand. No more having to catch them at 2 hour intervals. The ship rode very smoothly despite some stormy weather.

Love the cove balconies! Very close to the water and very private. Room is mid-ship and not far from elevators.
