We've sailed Grandeur many times and love the ship! However, this time - which was a back to back cruise was lacking. Our waiter forgot us - salad one night, lobster - husband although he ordered it - it never came and after waiter was offering seconds to everyone - hubby had to raise his hand to get waiter's attention. It took 7 nights before I was served hot tea - was told didn't have what I wanted so I brought it to the table! Never told about the filet mignon special, althought our other table was told about it. He also gave us a political speech each night - highly unappropriate. Our stateroom man was wonderful.
We did a back to back 12 days, then 9 days! Never did get a "thank you" - as in a special lunch like before! One reason we did B2B! Very Disappointed!!
We get back on Grandeur on Dec 10-22!
