This is my destination , I live in Ft Lauderdale area

We went to an event we were promised a price for a couples massage when we went to the spa they would not honor that price even though we had a signed paper from the staff member who promised the price , they would not even attempt to work with us .We had a total of 29 family and friends attend this cruise for my niece wedding 

planned this cruise in almost a years time 

the wedding turned out amazing , but the cruise it self was horrible 

we are platinum VIP with Carnival and i am really considering to go somewhere else to cruise , the ship smell terrible , staff was very rude , it appears that they were under staffed 

we waited over an hour for brunch one day , we did not even get served water while waiting and when we complained they ignored our complaints 

i am going to write a letter to Carnival .

It was the worst cruise I've ever been on and I am a Platinum VIP member with Carnival.
