Chose this Cruise for the itinerary. Also, it just came out of dry dock in May. I expected more.

The captain was not friendly, in fact kept his distance and didn't mingle, even at the parties meant for that purpose. The entire Officer crew seemed out of touch, and unaware of how to treat guest properly. This trickled down to the staff, who all appeared to be new or in training. Guest relations could not answer simple questions that would be ask on every single cruise to these ports, unacceptable. The woman managing the Casino special events, was rude, obnoxious and outright inconsiderate and non approachable. One couldn't figure out how to participate and when one tried to ask her, she begged off, saying she was too busy. Wonderful, so I didn't participate. Celebrity's loss.

Perhaps this area of the world is where they do train new staff, but it was certainly not the level I have become accustomed to on Celebrity Ships, and I've taken 4 Celebrity cruises this year alone.

Cabin 2B

Bathroom cupboard door handles came off in my hand, we'd run out of supplies, I thought Veranda Class/Select offered more than it did, and the ship looked old and run down. I had a partially blocked view I didn't expect.
