Firstly let me say the ship is immaculate, my stateroom was fabulous and the service from my cabin stewards top notch Now to the not so fabulous. partly it was a case of my choosing the wrong cruise line, one that was catering to people with mobility problems, if that is your main clientle it would be advisable to make the areas around the servery wider to counsel the people opperating these devices in basic common courtesy and manners. The bar wait and cabin staff were incredible , the front office, excursion and uniformed crew need to be less aloof. The food in Lido area was well presented and plentiful especially breakfast, dinning room stewards mostly seem hasseled and not engaged. The Piano Bar entertainer was woderfull and as for the BB King Bar, the band were amazing. I had a relaxing holiday, but even if you are in your 60s+ but still active and like fun and staying up a little late, then perhaps do a little research before choosing your line.
