1st off the embarkation was a little rough. Upon arrival there wasn't a set up for pic's (they arrived later) which was somewhat disappointing. Once we arrived to our cabin (6297)was very warm, and even though we requested for the room to be cooled more (room thermostat was at its lowest setting), I thought the room was warmer than usual (compared to 4 other cruises) which was confirmed by guest we invited to the room (all thought room was quite warm). The overall formal dinning experience was adequate ( great cooking), but I thought delivery time for food was lacking (all nights).

Ambiance of the ship was laid back with decent live performances which could have been helped if Cruise Director, in person meet and greet, was more welcoming towards the group (didn't seem sincere).
