First let me say that this was the smoothest embarkation AND debarkation we have ever experienced.

We had been on RCCL once before and wanted to try them again so we chose the new Harmony of the Seas to give them another try and we were going with friends so that was even better. We even got a ocean view balcony for the first time ever to try and make this trip extra special. The room did not disappoint since the ship is still relatively new everything was new, clean and well kept.

Our issue came when we realized we originally had something they called "dynamic dining" but RCCL got rid of that option but never informed us. We found out about 2 weeks before we sailed so we had to change to "My Time Dining" since there was no early or late MDR dining times available. Once the change was made we attempted to make reservations on line for MTD and there was nothing before 9:15 PM. Once on the ship I was advised there was nothing they could do for me and I would have to come every day at the time I would like to eat and they would see if they could seat us at that time. I will admit that the staff working the dining room worked hard to accommodate us at the time we wanted to eat and only couldn't seat us once and asked us to come back in an hour. A couple nights in the MTD the service was stellar and could not have asked for better service but on two (2) nights it seemed as we were forgotten and our meal took forever.
