Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Chose this trip because of the port and the ship. Very disappointed with boarding and disembarking. Needed wheelchairs but availability was scarce and the waits were long. Dining has gone downhill. Didn't you think we'd notice less menu items just because you turned the menu sideways. Couldn't get any substitutes according to our waiter who proved less than satisfactory. Cabin was clean and comfortable thanks to our wonderful stateroom attendant. Entertainment and activities were good. Oasis used to be our favorite ship and we are giving Royal Caribbean one more chance in January to see if service is any better from this new port for the Oasis. Don't know if problem was with new staff or with changes in port location. We are bringing first timers with us in hopes they may also love cruising as we do. However, it may be time to do some comparisons with other cruise lines.
