As Diamond Members, we have cruised on RCCL many times in the past. Our experience was far below previous experience/expectations. 1. All pre-work done during reservations were lost multiple times. 2. Work done by RCCL Resolutions Team (dining, activities, and entertainment) was also lost because the systems between the land team and the ship team don't communicate together well. 3. Once on board, the ship's resolution team reservations were also lost in the system - so, for example, the reservation they made to "The Gift" were lost. 4. The system to review and select photographs was very difficult to use - writing over the top of proof pictures, pictures could not be grouped together to compare like poses. 5. The dining service - except when Head Waiters would step in - was slow and the staff did not seemed trained for efficient service. 6. Billing system had multiple mistakes - charging us for gratuities (even though we pre-paid them) and then a mini-bar charge after we left the ship, even though we had everything removed from the room so that we would not be charged anything. 7. Internet access was unbelievably slow until they upgraded to streaming service.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D3

Adequate, but small. Electrical outlet access was limited. Room was too warm - a/c performance was not good. Bed's too hard. Phone location was not convenient to use. Housekeeping was excellent.
