We chose this ship because we loved the Allure. The beds were horrible asked our room attendant if he could do something were told they did away with the egg crates but put some blankets under sheets which helped some. Orange juice was watered down. You have to reserve your shows which we did prior to sailing but Royal kept changing which messed up dinner reservations which were suppose to be any time dining.

St Thomas was horrible. The part where we had to dock was dirty.

We had a balcony overlooking the boardwalk which had plenty of storage. Lots of drawers and cabinets. The bathroom did have a smell coming from toilet but was fixed when brought to attention of room attendant. Food in dining room was OK. Johnny Rockets was under staffed people were screaming at manager about how long it was taking. French fries came out cold.
