THIS WAS WORST CRUISE-1 of 20-that we have been on.Food in buffet and restaurants was a disgrace.Ship was totally overcrowded with chaos in buffet-restaurants and decks-passengers lying on towels with inadequate sunbeds.Staff ratio to passengers pitiful when compared to other cruise lines.Iintend to make these viws known on as many travel sites as possible.Additionally I was Disgusted with itinerary-MANY PASSENGERS FELT LIKE ME AND MSC DESREVE TO LOSE ITS CUSTOMER BASE.SOMMELLIER RAN OUT OF POPULAR WINES WITHIN 4 DAYS AND SCRAMBLED TO SUPPLY CUSTOMERS-EVEN SENT STAFF ASHORE TO PICK UP SOME STOCK-TOTALLY INEFFICIENT AND CHAOTIC
DESPITE RE STOCKING IN MIAMI HALF WAY THROUGH CRUISE WINE RAN OUT WITHIN 48 HOURS-IT WAS A COMPLETE JOKE
WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A NIGHTMARE
