Left Miami on 05/23. This was our 3rd Carnival cruise... Getting on board was a breeze we had someone that needed wheelchair assistance. And off we were through security and the VIP desk, process was about 10 mins... Ship was in good order. We had the standard Carnival inside room, not a ton of space but nice, was always kept clean and in order (cleaned 2 times a day). Room steward was very attentive and nice.Food was on par for carnival, buffett was so so... To avoid all the lines in the buffett area we tried to do breakfast or lunch in the dining room less crowded meals seemed better prepared plus you had decent wait staff. The cruise director was probally the best of all carnival ships, Butch was his name very entergetic kept people involved..We had two main drawbacks, the table placement for the maindinign room we were in the silver dining room and had table that was off to the side had a window but no view of the entertainment etc. I bumped into the main dining room man with the capitan on the elevator I requested another table and got nothing just a smile and yes we are booked to full capacity.Second issue was the drink service in the main lounge and other areas, it was simply non existant.Overall not the worse experience ever, but next time we will choose a different cruise line.
