This was our 6th cruise but our first on Princess. The food, in general, was lackluster. The one exception to that was the specialty restaurant The Crown Grill. The food and service there was outstanding. Also, the excursions were also sub-par. We went snorkeling in Belize and the boat we went to the site in was enclosed and not fun as we were all cooped up inside with hatches closed and a lot of people got seasick which was exasperated by a lack of fresh air or the opportunity to see the horizon. Also, the entertainment aboard the ship was not up to my expectations based on previous cruises. Finally, there were times where the staff was inattentive (standing around or aimless wandering) and rude on one occasion. Otherwise there were a lot of opportunities to relax. The cabin was clean if not spacious. I think I would chose another cruise line next time.
