I was so excited to once again cruise. The check in went smoothly, but as soon as my feet pattered onto the ship, I was hit by employee after employee to buy a drink package, buy a specialty restaurant, by a message, by a spa package, buy buy buy. It was a very stressful situation for me, and I couldn't avoid them, they were everywhere. I felt trapped by solicitors! Wait a minute! I just bought a cruise, what happened to all inclusive?

From other reviews I read, I felt the same way. It used to be a top notch ship, but the furniture was so big, and outside of Michaels club, is dark. On a long transatlantic cruise, there was literally no place to sit in a public area. The main dining room food was good, but the service was not great, all accept for Henry our select waiter, and Ganna the gatekeeper Hostess of Select Dining. She was a real peach, and could handle herself in any given situation.

Walking by the dining area to Ocean Cafe, was always a no-thank you, always trying to sell me a wine or drink package, making me feel uncomfortable, and a lot of dirty tables. The staff seemed invisible there, and certainly not enough to take care of that huge Transatlantic group, with no place to go on the ship for a week, but wander around. It was cold outside, and we had had some rough weather, so basically, the pool area had been abandoned.
