We chose Thomson Discovery as never done a cruise before and as it was all inclusive we didn't have to worry about tips and frightening bar bills at the end. We thought the ship, cabins, restaurants, food and the service all fantastic. We did have a long queue to get on the ship and did not realise before hand that they would need credit cards details but maybe that was our fault although there were other people who had said the same.

We did think all inclusive would include bottled water but it had to be paid for and at £2 for a large bottle did seem expensive. The water from some of the machines did not taste great.

We watched most of the shows although not wonderfully spectacular, there were good singers and dancers and it was fine

Cabin Review

Cabin Inside cabin

We found the cabins adequate, beds very comfortable, enough storage space. Surprisely soundproof. Didn't like the curtain in the shower but not much else they could do with that. We were looked after by Herald who did an excellent job.
