Chose this cruise for the Panama Canal experience. I was disappointed with the "improvements" made to the ship. 121 extra cabins fitted on to the rear, an extra 250 passengers plus the removal of a large lounge to accommodate the cabins meant the ship was very crowded. The promenade on deck 7 is no longer a circuit of the ship because of the extra cabins.

"Anytime dining" was really "anytime we let you in". By 7.30pm there was a 20 yard queue around the Atrium but several tables were empty in the dining room, one reason being service was very slow. At a six o'clock sitting the meal took nearly two hours.

The theatre was not big enough to accommodate the extra passengers. People were queuing for the second show before the first had finished! A first in 25 cruises.

Cabin smaller than some other lines but acceptable. Clean and in good order. Bed very comfortable. Cabin steward excellent, very helpful
