Since we were in Florida for a family wedding, we found a great deal for this 4 day cruise. The ship is one of the oldest in the Royal Caribbean fleet and looking at recent reviews on line we didn't have high expectations. But honestly our cabin and the ship overall was in great condition. Because we booked so late, only the late seating was available to us. 8:30 PM is too late for us, and although we tried it the first night on the ship, we ate at the Windjammer Buffet the other nights. There were many empty seats in the dining room, so hopefully Royal Caribbean will at more MyTime dining to future sailings. The food at both places was good.

The entertainment consisted of the Royal Caribbean dancers and singers and two comedians. We enjoyed the shows very much. There was very good live music though out the day and evening all around the ship. The weather wasn't very cooperative with cloudy skys and cool weather at Coco Cays and a rainy morning in Nassau. We opted not to sign up for any excursions, and really don't think we missed much as several of the excursions were cancelled due to the weather.

The staff was wonderful. The other guests on board ranged from young families to groups of young people and senior citizens. The ship was small, and good for 4 days. Some of the other amenities that you would get on a larger ship such as an adult only pool area and more dining choices were not available, but hey, its 4 days!

Cabin Review

Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin F2

Our oceanview cabin was small, but with ample storage it was workable. One of my favorite things to do on a cruise is to order breakfast from room service, but did not this time because of the tight quarters. The bathroom was fine, I brought my own hair products, not sure about the shampoo dispenser in the shower. Our room attendant was great and after asking for ice the first day, brought ice twice daily for the remainder of the cruise. Although we were right below the promenade deck and could hear some early morning runners, it really wasn't to bad. We never heard noise from the cabins on either side of us or from the hallway.
