We were excited to cruise on the new ship but the service was very hit and miss and my husband had terrible steaks both at Jamie's Italian and Chops. We have eaten at Chops on other ships and the food was exceptional. This was not the case on Harmony. The service at the Sand Bar was slow and the bartenders were not friendly. Service was extremely slow at Sabor. We had reservations 3 months in advance for the diving show and Royal lost them. They apparently lost many and did not admit to having a problem. I witnessed one group of 139 that all their reservations were lost. They did not accommodate us - we were told to stand in the stand by line. On a positive note the entertainment was excellent- Grease/iceskating shows/the headliner/the comic. Wonderland was a fun restaurant and the service was very good there. Our stateroom attendant was awesome also.
