We are silver level so have been on previous Norwegian cruises, as well as other cruise lines. Cabin was very small and & "tired"... bathroom Formica missing....bathroom floor didn't feel clean, carpeting had stains...very.disappointing....we did have a balcony on 9th level.... Buffet was not up to our expectations... desserts very disappointing...minimal selections. We went to three specialty dinners....Italian was the best....dining room dinner menu selections were good. The entertainment was excellent....very enjoyable! Casino small and extremely smoky...I had to leave because of smokers....should have non-smoking areas.... we had a beverage package that was included in our booking...we are not big drinkers, but this was a nice change for us. Enjoyed cocktails and bar staff. Captain was extremely visible..He was often seen walking on decks....he always gave good talks about various ports and cruises.... cruise Director was very good,.... I think many passengers had drink packages and therefore there were more rowdy people on board than in our past cruises.... Embarkation could have been better organized....we were organized in 'groups'.... it was quite noisy....the people calling groups needed a microphone or a better way to communicate.... overall the cruise was okay, but definitely disappointing.....
