We thought overall it was a very good cruise and well organized. Yes, there were some mis-cues, but once we straightened them out, the mis-cues were corrected and we carried on. I can tell you emphatically that those reviews that thought there were areas unorganized did NOT listen or read the instructions well. If you didn't like your dining room service then ask to be seated in a different server area. Anything that went wrong with our experiences were quickly corrected. The one day our stateroom floor was wet from the ceiling AC leaking. They repaired it and followed up the next day to see if we were satisfied. Once we told them it worked fine..they compt us our drinks thru that day without us even asking. We are not yellers or screamers and can 'complain' in a very respectful manner which I believe the staff always appreciates and does treat you better.

The food was usually delivered to the table warm not hot...but we still ate everything on our plate. The cabin attendants were very attentive to our needs and we even tipped two of them cash at the end of the cruise.

The cruise director, the good Dr. was EXCELLENT. There was a comedian, C.J. Jones who was the BEST we have ever heard. Sure there were activities and games we didnt care for..but we just didn't join them, It's that easy !
