This was my second time on Freedom. I first sailed on her during her inagual season. The ship has aged a bit but with that said the ship is still in great shape and clean. After reading many negative reviews about Freedom I was a little nervous about sailing on her again. My nervousness was for naught. The crew was absolutely amazing and the food was very good.
We ate in Sabor , Chops , MDR, and Windjammer here is a breakdown of my thoughts.
Sabor: The atmosphere was nice and the food was excellent. The guacamole was the best . Nothing to complain about and they offer a margarita and guacamole class that was fun on the last sea day.
Our cabin exceeded expectations. The cabin was great and Heather our room attendent was absolutely amazing. She was always there when you needed something and greeting us with a smile and the word "nice" The cabin itself is large and the walkin closet was amazing. The tub was great as my wife used it every day. My only complaint about the JS is that I feel you should qualify for some of the suite amenities offered to the higher class suites. With that said the balcony was amazing it was large and had a small table 1 chair 1 chair with a footrest and a lounge chair. There is ample space in the cabin to have a party lol... You cant go wrong with a JS on this ship.
Embarkation was a little disorganized for suite passangers
