This is our second cruise with Carnival. It was one horrible experience after another. The dining was sooo slow and you could not get them to bring you anything you asked for. Room service was almost non-existent. Dirty dishes in the hallways for hours and sometimes the entire day. Entertainment and Activities were beyond horrible. Dirty old buses, tour guides you could not hear or understand. We tried for weeks to get a detailed bill. When we finally received it, there were charges on it for things we did not purchase. They shut off our A/C for over four hours and banned us from the balcony, which we paid more for over four hours so they could clean it. These are just some of the issues, there were many many more. Tried for weeks to get someone to listen to our issues. Finally got in touch with someone and their only comment was that they forward our issues to the ship to handle. Really ? When I asked for a supervisor, they told me there wasn't one.
