This was our third trip with NCL and it was a great experience. We've also sailed on the Jewel and Pearl. The staff was extremely friendy and helpful. Everyone always said hello and seemed to enjoy interacting with the crusiers.
Our cabin steward was good. He always had the cabin cleaned in a timely manner and was very outgoing. Our three year old daughter loved chatting with him and the other stewards on our deck (room 9020).
The quality/taste of the food varied. We liked the Garden Cafe, La Cucina (my favorite), Los Lobos and Cagenys Steak House. We did not enjoy the food in the Venetian or Aqua.
