We have sailed Celebrity in the past and was on the Eclipse 6 months ago. The menus in the MDR were extremely limited so we wound up eating most meals in the Ocean View Cafe. 80% of the dishes were exactly the same for lunch and dinner all 7 days and not of very high quality. Green and/or healthy vegetables were almost non existent. The quality, preparation, and selection was definitely below par compared to the Eclipse. We've been on NCL ships that had better. The staff (excluding the servers) did not appear to care about the passengers' experience vs the officers on the Eclipse were always present and circulating asking how everything was. They appeared genuinely interested in passenger satisfaction. We never saw this once on the Reflection.

The ship is lovely and well maintained, absolutely no complaints there. However, I don't think I've ever been on a ship (out of 50+ cruises) where the life boats blocked the view of the water on the promenade deck, nor could you walk around the back or front. That may be a small thing to some, but extremely disappointing to us. Entertainment was average at best. We will be on the Eclipse again next month, but will most likely not choose to sail on the Reflection in the future.
