My wife and I have sailed several different Caribbean itineraries over the years. We decided to give MSC a try primarily because of the low initial price, but we were also intrigued by the loyalty tier matching program they offer. Over all we could not have been happier with our experience. Sure there are some differences in how they do things compared to other lines and maybe they could make some slight improvements, but i could say that about any cruise we have taken. The way they do some things I like better too. We have never had better service and I have only felt that the service was equal on one previous cruise. We will most definitely be returning customers.

Embarkation: Could not have been better. We are Black card members because we are Elite on Princess. There was no line for us. We were on the ship almost immediately.

Disembarkation: Also very smooth. We always choose the walk off option, and we were off the ship in 45 minutes. Read more
