I am a platinum member of NCL having sailed with them about 10 times. I took a ten year break and went on mainly Royal Caribbean and Princess. I decided to try NCL again because of their offer. Never again will I sail with NCL. They are at the bottom along with Carnival in my book.
I am Very disappointed with NCL. It took 3 hours to check in and I am a Platinum member with Priority check in. Room were the worst on the seas. Very small room with no solid door on the bathroom nor shower. All you get is a curtain. I had a balcony which could not be used because other passengers smoked and NCL did nothing. Many used public bathrooms instead of the one's in their rooms. No privacy of noise or viewing. The cabin's bathroom and Shower are on opposite sides of the main door. Anyone entering the room immediately comes upon you just when you don't want them.
The sink is at the cabin itself. Most stupid layout that I have ever seen in 20 years of cruising.
